3rd August 2024 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Mainly cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: Saturday 3rd August - walk *** – Felixstowe prom with Maeva – mainly cloudy. Wasn’t expecting to sail today as it was forecast to be light but after seeing a few messages on WhatApp saying a few were going to Levington I decided to head over to check out the conditions. It was way too light for me so I headed for home as we were having the lovely Maeva for the day:) Mag arrived with Maeva, they are best of buddies at the moment, really joined at the hip, just lovely to see:) Maeva sat on the sofa with Mag and played with her puzzles and books and I got some smiles from afar, I then made her dinner before we made a flask and headed down to the prom, sadly a lady on her mobility scooter broke down on Convalescent Hill:( Maeva promptly fell asleep before we reached a seat by the small round pond where we had our cuppa, fed a robin and chatted for ages as the sea lapped in the distance, just lovely! Then we ambled back with Maeva waking as we reached home, nice e day:) Photo Album here |
